March and April are the foggy season in Hong Kong. Caused by cold meets warm temperature inversions, one can expect wonderfully atmospheric image opportunities by the harbor and up on Victoria Peak in the early morning and in the evening. A great time for photographers visiting Hong Kong. Monitor the Hong Kong Observatory website for up to the minute local weather reports.

I am an American of Asian descent from NYC who has spent many years living and working throughout Asia, most recently based from a very old Chinese neighborhood called To Kwa Wan in Old Kowloon for 15 years.
